Spent the Christmas holidays at an exceptional resort with beautiful private and public onsens. the rooms had lovely views of the bay and were comfortable with great facilities like the ping pong tables and karaoke room. the included breakfast was delicious and offered local food with an amazing view. the automatic coffee machine was a blessing, available 24/7.

Although the decor was a bit dated, it is still a great deal considering the price. Climbing up the hill with luggage may not be appealing, but the staff was enthusiastic and offered the shuttle bus service, making the stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel boasts a prime location with amazing views of the bay and easy access to the town center. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with premium bedding, and the breakfast buffet offers an extensive selection of delicious food. the staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout your stay. the hotel features a lovely onsen, perfect for a relaxing experience after a day of sightseeing.

The decor was outdated and didn't match the price we paid. The lack of Japanese elements in the room and common areas was also disappointing, and the staff wasn't as friendly as we expected. it wasn't the best experience for our Easter vacation.
